Students should keep track of their grades by writing down the name, date, and the grade for the assignment given by the teacher. The teacher must sign off on the assignments on the students' tracking chart as approved evidence for that grade. Also the teacher may be able to write comments about the student's grade or ask the student to meet with the teacher to discuss their grade on an assignment.
