This chart can determine if there needs to be an intervention for specific types of student misbehavior. It can also show if it is a specific time of day or part of the week the misbehavior is done by students. Although as a teacher you would do this kind of sheet early in the third month of school and shortly after winter break in January as a reminder for the students of your behavior expectations in your class.
