With this sheet the teacher can evaluate whether or not to reteach expectations for independent work during class and to identify the reason for poor work completion rates or misbehavior during independent work. The teacher should use these during the fourth month of school and again in mid to late February to increase productivity from the students. On the sheet the teacher should indicate which activity the students are having problems in during class, and tally with +/- to determine the percentage that the students are actually working on their work.
