For a Medium Structure Classroom: Students will bring materials to class everyday to class. If they don't the teacher will make an exchange with the student for their phone to borrow any materials needed for class.

Low Structure Classroom: Students will most likely bring their materials for this structure classroom. If the students forgot some item at home, they would be able to ask the teacher or another student for that material. 

High Structure Classroom: Students must bring their materials everyday to class. If they don't the teacher will have to look to the consequence procedures to determine what to do with the student. Before that step is taken, for the time being, the student must ask permission to use or borrow the teacher's materials only, they are not allowed to borrow from another student. They will make an exchange with the teacher of their phone to use any materials needed for class.
